Top Floor Unit
The Top Unit has three bedrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Bedroom 1 contains two queen-sized beds, bedroom two has a queen-sized bed and a double-bed with a single bunk, and bedroom three has a queen-sized bed and two pull-out futons. All beds use queen-sized sheets, except the one single bunk.

Middle Floor Unit
The Middle Unit has three bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area. Bedroom 1 contains two queen-sized beds, Bedroom 2 has three queen sized beds, and bedroom three has two convertible futons. All beds are either queen-sized or "hotel doubles" which require queen-sized sheets.

Bottom Floor Unit
The Bottom Unit has two bedrooms plus a convertible living room, one full bath with tub (low ceiling), a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom 1 contains a queen-sized bed, bedroom two has two double-beds, each with a single bunk above, and the living area has two convertible futons. All beds use queen-sized sheets except the single bunks.
