Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations at least 91 days prior to scheduled reservation receive full refund less $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 90 days of scheduled reservation: if unit is re-rented, full refund less $150 cancellation fee and difference in rent if any; if not re-rented all monies paid are forfeited. Unpaid reservations may be cancelled by Management and all monies paid are forfeited. No refunds due to bad weather, missing the ferry, force majeure or “acts of God”, etc. You are responsible for all travel arrangements to and from the Rental Property. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract with us, or your contract with any Online Travel Agency (OTA) through which you booked the reservation. No refunds for bad weather, missing the ferry, force majeure or act of God, etc.
